Get Involved, Give Back, Make a Difference
Associates can participate in the philanthropic mission of The Humana Foundation by volunteering in the communities we serve. Through the Humana Volunteer Network (HVN), Humana and the Foundation provide associates support, resources, and recognition for their commitment to volunteer service.

Humana's Dollars 4 Doers Drawing
The Humana Foundation recognizes associate volunteers by giving them a chance to win a $4,000 grant for the nonprofit organization where they volunteer. Entering in the drawing is as easy as volunteering and logging your hours.
How the Dollars 4 Doers drawing works:
- Humana associates who volunteer at least 4 hours per month during a quarter will be entered into a drawing
- One associate whose name is drawn will be able to designate a $4,000 grant to a nonprofit where he or she volunteers
- The drawing will occur at the end of each quarter with the first drawing to occur on October 1, 2009
